Hosted at Ice Line Quad Rinks with four NHL-regulation rinks running simultaneously. Division champions advance to the International Silver Stick Finals in January 2027.

Tournament Format
- USA Hockey sanctioned tournament — USA Hockey rules govern all play.
- 15U / 16U / 18U games: Two 22.5-minute halves with an ice cut between halves.
- 10U / 12U / 13U / 14U games: Three 15-minute periods, no cuts.
- All games played to completion — no curfews.
- 3-game minimum, 6-game maximum per team.
- Each team plays a preliminary round robin (3 games, or 4 games in 5-team divisions).
- 4-5 team divisions: Round robin → top 2 to championship game.
- 6-9 team divisions: Round robin → top 4 to semi-finals → championship game.
- 10-11 team divisions: Top 2 bye to semi-finals; teams 3-6 play quarter finals.
- 12+ team divisions: Top 8 teams advance to quarter finals.
- Points: Win 2, Tie 1, Loss 0.
- Playoff overtime: 10-minute sudden death → 5-man shootout → sudden death shootout.
