Booking Process
- Email birthdayparties@iceline.info to confirm availability for your desired date.
- Fill out the web form (sent to you after step 1).
- Pay your $50 deposit through our POS portal to lock in the reservation.
- Enjoy your party.
- Pay your party balance on the day of your party at the Front Office.
A $50 deposit is required to finalize the booking. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Party Day Schedule
| 12:45 – 1:00 PM | Optional — arrive early to decorate. Tables, chairs, and tablecloths are set up in advance. |

| 1:15 – 2:00 PM | Guests arrive, pizza is served. Your host gathers rental skates. |

| 4:00 PM | Final payment at the Front Office. |
Food and Drink
Your party package includes two large plain pizzas and unlimited beverages.
Chips and the birthday cake or cupcakes are always welcome — no approval needed. Other outside food or drink needs to be approved by Ice Line in advance.

Terms
- A $50 deposit is required to finalize the booking. The deposit is refundable only if the party is canceled 14 or more days prior to the party date.
- Final payment is due the day of the party. Final payment is $299.95 less the $50 deposit, plus any additional attendees, skate-helper rentals, or food. Gratuity is not included.
- Upon receipt of the deposit, credit card information is securely stored and will be used to pay the balance if not paid in person at the Front Office after the party.
- Any outside food or beverage, except chips and a birthday cake/cupcakes, must be approved by Ice Line.
- Parties are limited to 2 per Public Session.
- Availability is first come, first served.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many guests can the party room hold?
Our party rooms comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. The base package covers 10 kids + 2 chaperones; additional skaters are $12 each.
What ages are your parties best for?
Most parties are for kids ages 4 through 12. As long as your guests can either skate or use a skate helper, we can make it work.
What if some of my guests can't skate?
Public Skate is open to all skill levels, and we have skate helpers ("walkers") available to reserve for younger or first-time skaters. Skate-helper rentals are an add-on at $3.00 each with a reservation limit of 6.
Do I need to pay for guests who aren't going to skate?
You will only be charged for guests who go on the ice. When you fill out our webform, please only account for guests who will be skating.
Can we bring our own birthday cake?
Yes. Please bring your choice of birthday cake or cupcakes — Ice Line does not provide cake or cupcakes. We also ask that you bring birthday candles. We have serving utensils and a lighter available, so no need to bring a cake knife or lighter.
Can we bring chips or other snacks?
Chips are pre-approved. Other outside food and drink (other than the birthday cake) needs to be approved by Ice Line in advance. Email grille@iceline.info or call 610-436-9670 ext. 112 to ask.
How long is the party?
Your party room is yours from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Pizza in the room from 1:15-2:00, on the ice from 2:00-3:30, then cake and presents from 3:30-4:00. Optional early arrival from 12:45-1:00 to decorate.
What time slot is available?
Saturdays and Sundays, 1:15-4:00 PM, with on-ice time during Public Skate (2:00-3:30 PM). Up to 2 parties per Public Skate session. Availability is first come, first served.
What if my child's birthday is on a weekday?
The standard package runs Saturdays and Sundays. For weekday parties or off-hour requests, email birthdayparties@iceline.info and we'll see what we can do.
Do you offer parties in the spring or summer?
Yes, with limited availability — spring and summer ice time is tighter due to camps and tournaments. Email early to lock in a date.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
The $50 deposit is refundable if you cancel 14 or more days before your party date. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. We'll work with you on rescheduling when we can.
How do I pay?
The $50 deposit is paid through our POS portal after we confirm your date. The balance is due the day of the party at the Front Office. A credit card is kept on file as backup.
Do we tip the party host?
Tipping is not required but is always appreciated. You may add a tip to your final bill payable by card. If you prefer to tip in cash, please bring cash — we do not have an ATM available. All tips, whether cash or card, go directly and wholly to your party host.
What if a guest has a food allergy?
