2025-2026 season overview
The Aspire Program is the perfect next step for skaters who have completed Basic Skills and are ready to explore the world of figure skating. Designed for those entering or already in Free Skate levels, Aspire is a fun, affordable, and supportive introduction to the sport — on and off the ice.
Two Sessions Per Year
Aspire runs twice a year on two different schedules. Skaters can join either or both.
Standard Aspire Session
Our regular 6-week session, running on Saturday mornings alongside Learn to Skate USA.

- ✓ 2026-27 dates announced late summer
Spring Aspire Session
A spring-only variant on a different schedule — great for skaters who want extra time between regular seasons.

Skating Levels Reference
Aspire is open to skaters in Basic 3 through Free Skate 6. Here’s what each level covers.
Basic 3
Beginning stroking, half-swizzle pumps on a circle, backwards one-foot glides, and backwards stops.
Basic 4
Forward inside and outside edges, backwards half swizzle pumps, and the beginning of a two-foot spin.
Basic 5
Backwards inside and outside edges, backwards crossovers, and forward outside three-turns.
Basic 6
Forward inside three-turns, backwards stroking, T-stops, bunny hops, and spirals.
Pre-Free Skate
Landing position, forward inside mohawks, waltz jumps, and mazurkas.
Free Skate 1
Forward power stroking, backwards outside three-turns, half flip jump, and toe loops.
Free Skate 2
Half lutz jumps, salchows, beginning backspins, and backwards three-turns.
Free Skate 3
Mohawk/crossover sequence, waltz three-turns, loop jumps, and jump combinations.
Free Skate 4
Flip jumps, half loop jumps, sit spins, and power three-turns.
Free Skate 5
Lutz jumps, waltz jump-loop jump combination, camel spins, and footwork.
