League Format
The number of registered players determines the structure each season.
Players move between 2 teams week to week to create the best balanced weekly game.
First half: 4 teams mixed weekly, 2 games per night.
Second half: Players drafted to 1 of 4 teams, 6 games + 4-team playoff for the championship.
Eligibility
Men and women 18 and older. Current USA Hockey membership required.
Equipment
Full hockey equipment required. Jerseys provided with individual numbers.
